This document outlines the agendas for induction and preparation seminars for AIESEC exchange participants (EPs). The induction seminar provides training, raises EPs, and enables matching EPs with traineeship opportunities. It helps EPs feel comfortable and introduces them to AIESEC. The preparation seminar concludes before EPs go abroad, covering cultural information, emergencies, culture shock, expectations, and acting as ambassadors. It recaps AIESEC, discusses travel safety, dealing with culture shock, and representing one's country professionally abroad. Both seminars aim to prepare EPs for their AIESEC experience.

important that expectations are set before EPs travel.
