1. ENVIRONMENTAL COURT CALENDARS
DISTRICT COURTS OF THE FIRST CIRCUIT
ENVIRONMENTAL COURT SCHEDULES
Initial appearances for Environmental Court cases will be placed on the
regular Arraignment and Plea Calendars in their respective districts.
After the initial appearance, subsequent Environmental Court
proceedings will be placed appropriately on the Environmental Court
Calendar in their respective districts. Environmental Courts of the
District Court, First Circuit will convene on the following schedule
effective July 1, 2015:
Honolulu District Court Every Friday in Courtroom 7D
Ewa District Court First and Third Monday of each month
Kaneohe District Court Second and Fourth Thursday of each month
Wahiawa District Court First and Third Thursday of each month
Waianae District Court First and Third Wednesday of each month
CIRCUIT COURTS OF THE FIRST CIRCUIT
ENVIRONMENTAL COURT
Environmental Court civil and criminal cases in the circuit court will be
assigned to Judge Jeannette Castagnetti.
DISTRICT COURTS OF THE SECOND CIRCUIT
ENVIRONMENTAL COURT SCHEDULES
All appearances for Second Circuit Environmental Court cases will be
according to the Environmental Court Calendar in their respective
districts. Environmental Courts of the District Court, Second Circuit will
convene on the following schedule effective July 1, 2015:
Hana: First Tuesday of each month at 9:00 a.m.
Molokai: Second and Fourth Tuesday of each month at 9:00 a.m.
Lanai: Third Tuesday of each month at 9:00 a.m.
Lahaina: First and Third Wednesday of each month at 9:00 a.m.
Wailuku 3C: Second and Fourth Thursday of each month at 9:00 a.m.
CIRCUIT COURTS OF THE SECOND CIRCUIT
ENVIRONMENTAL COURT SCHEDULE
Environmental Court cases in the circuit court will be assigned to Judge
Cardoza and the courtroom staff will accordingly assign a hearing date
and time.

2. ENVIRONMENTAL COURT SCHEDULES
DISTRICT COURTS OF THE THIRD CIRCUIT
Hilo & Puna Districts
Initial appearances for Environmental Court cases will be placed on the
Environmental Court Calendar, courtroom 2B, 8:30 a.m., every third
Friday of the month. After the initial appearance, if the case is
continued for trial or subsequent court proceeding, the case will be
placed on the same Environmental Court Calendar at 8:30
a.m. or 1:30 p.m. in courtroom 2B.
Hamakua, South Kohala, North Kohala, Kona, and Kau Districts
Initial appearances for Environmental Court cases will be placed on the
regular arraignment and plea calendars in their respective
districts. After the initial appearance, subsequent Environmental Court
proceedings will be placed appropriately on the Environmental Court
Calendar in their respective districts.
CIRCUIT COURTS OF THE THIRD CIRCUIT
Environmental Court civil and criminal cases in the circuit court will be
assigned to Judges Ronald Ibarra and Greg Nakamura.
DISTRICT COURTS OF THE FIFTH CIRCUIT
ENVIRONMENTAL COURT
District Court Environmental Court cases will be heard by Judge Trudy
Senda. The DC Environmental Court cases will appear on the regular
District Court calendars and identified with the Environmental Court
indicator on the calendars.
CIRCUIT COURTS OF THE FIFTH CIRCUIT
ENVIRONMENTAL COURT
Environmental Court civil and criminal cases in the circuit court will be
assigned to Judge Randal Valenciano.
