4.  Mr.Padmanav belonged to a poor joint family. Among
4 children of his parents he is the eldest. His father
was a laborer and his mother used to work at others

 From his childhood he had a very supportive attitude
towards his family. He worked as helper in different
shops at very early age. When he was 15 he migrated to
Surat to his uncle where he worked at the cement
factory . After he gathered enough capital he came
back to his parents again and started a small shop.

started the same business there. His business gained
momentum and he incorporated many other
business. He has a stationary shop and supplies
mushrooms too. He got his sisters married to good
families and is well setteled now.

8.  Mrs. Nalini who is a divorcee , lives with her mother
and two children at Itamati (dist- Nayagarh). She got
married at an early age of 17 but her in-laws started
torturing her for dowry. She joined the SHG near by
and started earning but still the torture went on. Then
she finally took divorce from her husband and now
runs a mushroom farm. She started the business with
just 15000. now her business increased many times.
Now she is a successful entrepreneur.

12.  Mr.Sudipta belongs to a lower middle class family. His
father was a agricultural labour. He inherited his
fathers job and engaged in agriculture. After few years
he felt the need of betterment and took load from govt
and started betel leaf cultivation. It has vast demand
in Odisha market and his business grew rapidly. Now
he is a big cultivator of betel leaves.

18.  Mr. Trinath Sahoo was a primary school teacher who
later turned to an entrepreneur. He had a weakness
towards plants and agriculture. His few salary was
unable to meet the family expenses that is when he
wanted to invest in agriculture. He is now a large
producer of various vegetables and employes more
than 50 persons in his farm. He is planning for
piciculture in future.

23.  I visited these 4 successful entrepreneurs who
struggled a lot in their life but never lost hope. They
used their hard work and strong will to make their
dream come true. It was an awesome experience to
interact with these personality.
