Representative Matters
 Represented senior secured bank syndicate with claims in excess of $340 million in connection with the
Chapter 11 bankruptcy case of the owner and operator of a toll road encumbered by at least $745 million of
litigation asserted by the contractor in 80 consolidated arbitration claims and six complaints. Successfully
asserted clients’ senior lien priority over the contractor’s $233 million mechanic’s lien claim at trial.
 Represented Unofficial Committee of General Motors Dealers, which was formed by the GM National Dealers
Council to represent the interests of the approximately 6,000 GM automotive dealers in the U.S. in connection
with the restructuring plans and subsequent bankruptcy proceedings of General Motors Corporation.
 Represented commercial lending institutions holding defaulted loan agreements to reco ver intellectual
property and other collateral through negotiated foreclosure or contested public auction.
