Anne Geddes is an Australian photographer born in 1956 who specializes in children's portraiture. She began experimenting with photography at age 20 and set up her first studio in Melbourne, where she placed second in her first competition. In 1988 she opened a studio called Especially Kids in Auckland focused on photographing children. Geddes' award-winning images have been published in over 80 countries and her books have sold more than 18 million copies worldwide.
