enCORE is an arts publication in Harlingen, Texas that aims to give local artists a voice and make Harlingen a destination for the arts. It distributes 10,000 free copies monthly across the region and online, featuring articles on local music, food, art, film and culture. enCORE also hosts monthly festivals to showcase the community's creativity and bring people together through live performances, art, music and food vendors. The publication is seeking article submissions and volunteers to help expand its mission of promoting cultural expression.
