Embassy Grove quarterly. The success of the first,
measured by the overwhelming response from friends and
well-wishers like you, is truly inspiring.

MULTIPLELIGHTINGSCENES
Personalized lighting scenes (e.g., party, romantic, night-time) can be created to set the mood for any occasion. Wireless
lighting panels will be placed in the living/dining, corridors, master bedroom/bath and car porch/entry. These can be
activated by either the owner from outside or from within using a smart device (phone or tablet).
TEMPERATURECONTROLS
Home owners can create a comfortable environment and help reduce their energy costs by using a control system to
manage their air conditioning systems. Pre-programmed system settings can even be used to make sure appropriate
temperatures are maintained according to time of day or room usage. The system will use a separate internet connected
thermostat to interface through the smart hub to the thermostat controller.

VOICE,DATA&WI-FIPROVISIONS
In order to provide a flexible infrastructure design under which a villament can be
adapted by the resident, all voice and data outlets within the villament will be
reticulated to a patch bay located within the Optical Network Unit (ONU) space
allocated for the ISP consolidation point. Within the base build, telecom outlets will
be provided for all logical phone, data and television locations based on the typical
layouts.
TELECOMMUNICATIONSYSTEMS
The latest in voice, data, and internet services from local ISP providers will be
provided. Building management will incorporate a robust network infrastructure in
villaments to efficiently manage all building services.
SITESECURITYEQUIPMENTANDSYSTEMS
Adequate lighting in the site landscape and perimeter approaches will be provided.
CARPARKING
Car parking will be restricted to verified visitors and residents holding valid access
cards only.
SECURITYCONTROLROOM
The security control room will be 'manned' on a 24 hour, 365 day basis. Security
personnel will respond to alarms, communicate with other security personnel and
staff via dedicated voice communication and telephones and pro-actively monitor
and control access and events throughout the site from this location.
CCTVSURVEILLANCESYSTEM
The CCTV system will have the following technical specifications :
-All cameras will display and record at 1CIF half real time (12 frames per second)
-All entrance cameras will display and record at 4CIF real time (25 frames per second)
-All camera images will be recorded online for 30 days
In addition, the CCTV system will have the following functionality:
-Fixed colour cameras with enclosures or dome assemblies
-Vandal proof fixed colour cameras with enclosures or dome assemblies (Stairwells)
-Variable speed Pan/Tilt/Zoom (PTZ) colour cameras with dome assemblies
The system will use the latest digital video processing technology,
producing high-quality recordings and high-quality, multi-camera displays.
VIDEOSURVEILLANCECAMERAS
All cameras will be solid-state CCD colour imaging devices with 1/3 or 1/4-inch
formats and auto-iris lenses. The video transmission medium will be IP.

5. Status update
ON THE UPSWING
Embassy Grove is driven by a passion for excellence and an unwavering commitment to deliver.
As assured, construction is being realized at a steady pace and the project is on course to
completion. As of today, 145 slabs of the total 318 slabs are in place and progressing as
planned. In keeping with our endeavour to create a welcoming community, the project
periphery has been spruced up to allow for a stunning, unhampered view of the golf course
from the private gardens.

11. Our acquaintance with the Embassy Group began just about a month ago, when we
stepped into the inviting vista of the vast area in Rustom Bagh on which the
construction of the Embassy Grove villaments were in full swing. We were pleasantly
surprised with the model villament we were shown by the service staff and decided on
the spot to aim for one. Since then our acquaintance with the Embassy Group has
grown closer. Their staff have been warm, hospitable and extremely accommodating
and their relations with their clients is personal rather than official and business-like.
We had, at the outset, explained our position regarding the modes, break-ups and time
gaps between each stage of payment and they have been extremely understanding on
that issue. Also, we were very happy with the transparency of their dealings. They
explained to us the problems with the location they were trying to overcome,
I refer to the City Corporation's open drain next to the land. Then they handed over the
entire file containing all the relevant legal documents pertaining to the transfer of land,
immediately to us on payment of the initial advance amount. In addition, of course, all
the documents are available on their web site. Thus, our acquaintance with them so far
has been very pleasant and we hope, will continue to be so.
