Hey Lewis,
We're going to have about 5-6 people down on Wednesday to film to boxing to get as
decent coverage of the event as possible.
Would a couple of us be able to come and look at the venue the Day before as we need to
put together risk assessments for getting some of the kit from the university.

Ye not a problem, I will put you on a list under 'Leeds Met Film Crew' for 5/6 people!!!
Can you all try push the event yourselves too, e.g. try get housemates and friends to go!!
Promo vid was awesome thanks, already had 600+ views which is good... and this can be
used for future lead ups to boxing events like this too so should grow!
As for going down today, it shouldnt be a problem, however you wuold have to speak to
Oceana direct to see if anyone is in!!
The ring wont be set up until tomorrow, so really the risk assessment could probably be
done without the need to be there x
