Diary, reports and Alerts. Using system, the User can create dockets and then reconcile them with existing Court data. The application is developed using ASP.NET, VB.NET
and SQL Server and consists of both smart- and thin-client components using the same object model. Responsibilities included identifying requirements, designing and

• Developed a subsystem that controlled user access to various parts of the site, in some cases down to the individual field level. The Users' access was based on membership

11/00 – 12/01 Quadrant HealthCom Inc. Chatham, N.J. Position: Sr. Web Developer / Analyst.
• Participated in the revision of the Physicians Continuing Medical Education and Travel Site. This private site provides information to Physicians about meeting scheduling
and locations, sponsoring organizations as well as travel tips about the meetings' locations. The site was implemented using ASP, XML, VBScript, JavaScript, SQL Server
2000, COM/COM+ and MS Excel. Responsibilities included identifying requirements, designing and building the code, testing and deployment support.
• Developed and implemented the Endocrine Colleagues Resource Center. This restricted-access site contains research on the therapeutic uses of growth hormones and
presents the information via slides that can be put into a quasi-shopping cart and downloaded. The site was implemented using ASP, XML, VBScript, JavaScript, Visual Basic,

• Developed and implemented the ERD Regulator, an Internet resource dedicated to providing the client company's clinical investigators information on breast cancer

• Responsible for the development and implementation of the internal Order Resubmission application used by Barnes & Noble.com's Account Executives to assist E-
procurement customers. As part of the system, developed a Windows Scripting Host script that parsed the submission error logs and stored the results in a database. Tools

5/95 – 9/99 American International Group (AIG) New York, N.Y. Position: Senior Programmer / Analyst.
• Part of a team that designed, developed and implemented the Reinsurance Navigator subsystem of the Professional Liability ToolKit™, a core Claim processing
system for National Union Claims. Application is used to generate Reinsurance Notices (warnings or bills) sent to Reinsurance companies that entered into Treaties
with AIG; it also allows to set financial and time thresholds upon which the system would prompt that a Notice is due and generates Excel reports to be used to
analyze the effectiveness of individual Treaties. The system wound up saving AIG $5 million during the first 6 months of use. The system consisted of Web and
Windows GUI and was built using classic ASP, VB 5.0, Excel VBA, COM, and SQL Server 6.5.
