1. Egg Roll Recipe
1 pound of ground pork
1 pound of ground hamburger
2 heads of cabbage or 3-4 bags of shredded cabbage
5-6 cloves of garlic (chops or minced)
2 cans of bean sprouts
2 cans of bamboo shoots
2 cans of sliced water chestnuts
(coarsely chop all that)
in Skillet, brown meats. In wok, sauté garlic in a little oil. Put in shredded cabbage, and
cans of stuff and cook until it’s cooked down (everything tender). Put some soy sauce in
it. Mix in meat and combine it.
2 packages of wonton wrappers (found in fresh vegetable aisle). (wonton package has the
recipe on it.
Use an egg wash (egg and water)
