This document is a complaint filed by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission against Adecco USA, Inc. for unlawful retaliation under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act. The EEOC alleges that Adecco disciplined and terminated Jeffrey Byard for opposing unlawful employment practices and participating in a proceeding protected under Title VII.
