Conclusion 1. Yes there is a relationship between the sets of data. There is a strong negative relationship. As the number of years in school goes up the rate of unemployment goes down.   2. The rate of change is saying that the more years of shcool you get the less likely you will be unemployed.   3.This data makes me want to get as many years of education as I can so I won't go without a job.
