The business has grown significantly from its beginnings in 2007 and overcome tough economic times. While more could have been achieved, the author wishes the recipient would focus on what was accomplished and the special workplace culture that was built. The recipient's strong financial skills were crucial in allowing the business to survive difficult periods. Most importantly, the long-lasting friendship between the three founders is the most valued takeaway, and this friendship will endure beyond memories of their business successes.

tough times! I know you will always wish that we
had achieved more or done better but I wish you
