This document lists and describes various plants and animals observed during field studies at City Park, a freshwater lake/pond, and a mature deciduous forest. At City Park, plants observed included sugar maple, white oak, red apple, white flowering crabapple, and poison ivy. Animals seen were ducks, rabbits, cardinals, blue jays, squirrels, and lady bugs. The freshwater lake/pond contained plants such as lily pads, yellow water iris, and pond algae. Animals there included ducks, geese, largemouth bass, and beavers. The mature deciduous forest had plants like white oak, pine trees, and honeysuckle. Animals observed were
