2. PROBLEMS WITHTHE PRIMITIVE
SYSTEM
• The traditional shopping system has the following drawbacks:
• 1. Shopkeepers can have customers only from within the shop area and
they are not able to globalize their shop.
• 2. Customers are not able to buy products from remote area or from their
homes.
• 3. Customers cannot find all desired items from the shops near them.

3. SOLUTION
• We propose an online web based solution to
the above problems which would allow
shopkeepers to have virtual shops and find
customers from all over the world and it will
also be a convenient way for the customers to
purchase their desired items from everywhere
in the world.

4. GLOSSARY OFTERMS USED
• 1.Admin - Admin of the site is the person who has the control
over shopkeepers and who controls the entire website.
• 2. Sales Manager – Sales Manager is the one who monitors all
the sales activities and who is the bridge between shopkeeper
and customer.
• 3.Account Manager – Account Manager is the one who
checks all accounts.
• 4. Shopkeeper – Shopkeeper opens shop in the website.

5. SCENARIO OF PROJECT
• E-Bazar is a website that has shops in it which contain items that can be
sold online.
• Ahmad is a shopkeeper.
• He wants to open a new shop in E-Bazar. He sends request to the admin of
the site.
• The admin of the site is Ali.
• Ali receives request and has the options to accept or reject his request,Ali
accepts request and Ahmad opens new shop in E-Bazar website.

• Samad is a customer, he visits E-Bazar and selects an item
from E-Bazar he gives order to sales manager of the site in
this case to Jamil.Jamil receives order and informs
shopkeeper about this order shopkeeper sends back the
delivery details to sales manager.
• Sales manager informs customer about delivery and asks
for online payment.

• Customer sends smart card number to sales manager. Sales
manager verifies the smart card number from bank and
deducts required amount of money.
• At the end Sales manager sends confirmation message to
customer and also sends the bill to shopkeeper.
