RwandAir management introduced a quarterly incentive scheme and challenged its entire staff from different departments by
allocating different tasks which included among others: member enrolments, cards distribution and timely reporting. At the
end of the quarter, Dream Miles loyalty management reviewed and awarded as follows:
DreamMilesChampionshipCampaign
Category 1: Front line staff (Reservations agents, Sales
executives and Station officers or Managers, check in staff):
Top 3 winners (US$300, US$200, and US$100);
Category 2: Flight crew: 3 winners (US$300, US$200,
and US$100); and
Category 3: Dream Miles champion/Back office (Network
wide): (US$300, US$200, and US$100).
Overall winner network wide. US$ 500
The Competition rules are:
1.	 Staff has to first of all be a Dreammiles member on
the Champion Category.
2.	 EachDreammilesformfilledbytheclienthastohave
a referral number (staff’s membership number. i.e.
staff that enrolled this client)
3.	 Member referral bonus (500) will only be credited
when referred members take their 1st flight.
4.	 Only full completed forms will be considered.
