1. RESOLUTION FOR THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY REGARDING
EXTENSION OF JURISDICTION CiF THE CQILSTITUTIONAL
COURTS TO THE FEDERALLY ADMINISTERED TRIBAL AREAS
(FATA)

Article 1' of the Constitution of ~siarnic
Republic of Pakistan, 1973 *
defines the Republic and its territories, in which FATA is the integral
part and parcel and more than 10 Million inhabitants are equal citizens
of Pakistan, are to be treated in accordance with law and their

Fundamental Rights are to be protected and defended at par with other

benefit of a parlianlent be extended to FATA.
