6. 1. Meeting with PRI in GP level to make available alternative source
2. Ensure medicinal stock in each SC / PHC /BPHC
3. Primary diagnosis cases need to sent for Blood – Urine fluoride test including
drinking water to Fluorosis control lab in CMOH office campus .
4. Regular IPC by ASHA – ANM in house to house with health talk
5. Block MIES meeting consist of a part discussion on fluorosis – NCD programme.
6. Strict instruction to fluorosis case finding in OPDs and immediate medicinal
treatment to fluorosed pregnant mothers , children and other.
7. From OPD register a compiled report has to be submitted to District.
8. Demand fund for wall writing to District & ensure the UC after completion of
activities.
9. Sent name of untrained ANMs for training (17 progrmme block)
10. New plan of survey by camp mode in 3rd Phase will be intimated shortly.
11. Medical orthopedic aids and tri cycle will be given to fluorosis- crippled persons.
12. Introduce fluorosis- crippled persons in handicapped camp for disability
certification as orthopedic deformities confirmed by board member. Bone
deformities by fluoride also a orthopedics deformities.
13. Sent patient from bloc to medical college for further tertiary referral if needed
