This document provides a schedule for nutrition and weight management classes from December 2nd to December 31st. It lists the daily and weekly class times which include core classes on nutrition, hydration, understanding food labels, and reducing health risk factors. It also includes maintenance classes on benefit-cost analysis of weight loss and planning for the holidays. All classes are from 10am-1pm or 5:30-7pm and require a 30 minute check-in before each session.
