All educational institutions shall include the study of the Constitution as part of the curricula. 2.patriotism  Nationalism Foster love of humanity Respect for human rights Appreciation of the role of national heroes in the  historical development of the country Teach the rights and duties of citizenship Strengthen ethical and spiritual values Develop moral character and personal discipline  encourage  critical thinking Broaden scientific and technological knowledge  promote  occasional efficiency
Section 10 Science and Technology are essential for national development and progress.  Priority  Research and development invention, innovation Utilization Science and Technology  education Training and services
Section 11 The Congress may provide for : Incentives Including tax deductions To encourage private participation in programs of basic and applied scientific research.  Scholarships Grants-in-aid Other forms of incentives shall be provided to  deserving science students Researchers Scientists Inventors technologists Specially  gifted citizens.
Section 12 National benefit To encourage the widest participation of private groups local governments community- based organizations in the generation and  utilization of science and technology.
Section 13 Protect and secure the exclusive rights:  Scientists Inventors Artists  Other gifted citizens to their intellectual property and creations, particularly when beneficial to the people, for such period as may be provided by law.
Other   Benefits .  Notwithstanding Section 12 of Republic Act No. 6758, science and technology personnel shall receive the following:   Honorarium Share in Royalties Hazard Allowance Subsistence Allowance Housing and Quarter Allowance Longevity Pay Medical examination

Technology it is applied science. It is the application of scientific knowledge to practical purposes in the particular field.
Section 6 Program Components. In pursuance of the objectives of this Act as embodied in Section 3, the Center, in coordination with relevant government agencies and the private sector shall implement the following program components:   Identification and placement of gifted children and science oriented youth Scholarship Training for Teachers and other personnel Training of parents on parenting and nurturing of gifted children and science oriented youth Curriculum development Development and assessment , tools Accreditation Linkages and networking
