To whom it may concern,
Josh Keefover has been employed with my company ;Don's Firewood and Cat work since April
2015. I am located out of Auburn, but work all over the foothills.I have owned and operated my
business for over 40 years.
Josh works Monday through Saturday, anywhere from 10 to 15 hours per day at a pay rate of
$120.00 per day.Josh must maintain a valid drivers license to stay in hire.he must also pick up
and dropoff other employees and make sure basic maintenance is done on the work vehicle ,
this often means Josh gets up earlier and gets off later then the rest of the crew. If Josh is late or
calls in sick my crew wont work because he is the only one with valid drivers license. Also part of
his job is labor he is a wood splitter and is expected to split his share of the 6 to 9 cords of wood
I deliver per work day .If i am short one person I might as well be short all of the crew they work
as a team and time is everything .
Josh has proved he is professional, dedicated and eager. He has demonstrated a strong work
ethic. He has never been late ,nor called in sick .He is always willing to do any assignment I ask
of him with out hesitation.Josh's attitude is positive and upbeat which in turn brings positive
energy and a higher moral for the whole crew.
Josh is a valued necessary part of my operation.I believe he will continue to do well working for
me and I would find it a tremendous loss if he were to not be in my employment..
