Dolmabahce Café Concept • Guests will experience the 600 Years of Ottoman Empire from Sweets & Turkish Delight to Turkish Coffee, Tea and Turkish Maras Ice Cream. • The Kiosk in YAS MALL will be designed according to the Look & Feel of the Ottoman Empire Palace Dolmabahce. • Dolmabahce Café Kiosk will require 90 square meter to accommodate 15-‐20 Coffee Tables. • Dolmabahce Café will sever daily fresh Turkish Sweets, Turkish Maras Ice Cream, Milky Pudding, Turkish Cheese Pastry and Turkish Coffee & Tea. • Serving Style; Authentic Turkish Sweet Presentation and Turkish traditional Ice Cream Player. • Dolmabahce Café will be the FIRST Turkish Café in the region.
