Personal Impact Champion for April 2005
Nominee – Vanessa Pilkiw
Vanessa is a good role model who leads by example by being honest in all
her dealings. Vanessa has an excellent work ethic and an eye for attention to
detail and will not allow for work to become sloppy. Her attention to detail
confirms her expertise and coaches others to apply guidelines when
necessary.
Vanessa is always approachable with a happy disposition and works hard.
Recently Vanessa was happy to recognise a co-worker when they received an
accolade. Vanessa forwarded the accolade to other staff in the department
encouraging others that they too can achieve.
I only forward my enquiries or quotes to Vanessa as I know that I can always
rely on her. Vanessa will forward my request on to the appropriate person
and keep me informed.
Vanessa will always act in the best interest of the client and company.
Vanessa’s love and respect for the company shows in her every day tasks an
asset to the company.
