Susanne asked the assistant to create a meal for her 40th birthday dinner party for herself and 7 friends. The assistant designed a three course menu consisting of chicken liver pâté for starters, salmon coulibiac with roasted butternut squash salad for the main, and a dark chocolate raspberry tart for dessert. After the dinner, Susanne and one of the guests thanked the assistant for the brilliant evening and delicious meal, saying it was nice to relax without cooking or cleaning.
