2. Ce este semnatura digitala?
Semnatura electronica este o schema matematica folosita pentru demosntrarea autenticitatii
unui document sau mesaj digital.
O semnatura digitala valida ofera cititorului un motiv puternic de confirmare a faptului ca mesajul
sau documentul digital este creat de catre o persoana care l-a semnat si continutul mesajului sau
documentului digital nu a fost modificat de la data emiterii acestuia. Semnaturile digitale sunt folosit
in mod curent pentru distributia de software, tranzactii financiare si in orice alte situatii in care se
impune verificarea autenticitatii si protejarea continutului impotriva falsurilor si modificarilor.

personal, deoarece legislatia in vigoare prevede faptul ca detinatorul unei
semnaturi digitale NU are dreptul sa instraineze/imprumute token-ul pe care
exista certificatul digital calificat pe care il detine. Din acest punct de vedere,
exemplul de mai sus in care firma de contabilitate transmite documentele
financiare firmei pentru care le intocmeste, daca a comis greseli in intocmirea
acestor acte, ramane responsabila pentru datele prezentate, cata vreme
documentul digital transmis poarta o semnatura valida.
5. Semnatura electronica vs. semnatura

copierea imaginii manual sau digital. In plus NU garanteaza ca documentul a fost
semnat la o anumita data si ora. Semnaturile digitale conecteaza identitatea
electronica cu documentul digital si nu pot fi copiate de pe un document digital
pe alt document digital. Semnaturile digitale se pot aplica pentru intreg
documentul astfel incat semnatura digitala prezenta pe oricare pagina din
document va arata intergitatea, autenticitatea si data si ora emiterii
documentului.
