Estonia has made some progress toward gender equality but still faces challenges, particularly in the areas of power and pay. On average, the country's equality index is 50 out of 100, compared to the European average of 54. Statistics show women earn approximately 30% less than men for the same jobs and positions. While health and work opportunities are more equal, only 27.5% of powerful positions are held by women. Recent legal improvements established a gender equality commissioner and require impact analyses of new legislation. However, no overarching gender equality plan exists. A nonprofit organization promotes gender equality through cultural events like workshops and discussions.

Forun in France (Portugal)
Portugal has undergone significant changes regarding gender equality over the centuries. During the monarchy, women had few rights and their role was confined to the home. The dictatorship from 1926-1974 further restricted freedoms and lagged the country behind in gender equality. The 1974 revolution ended dictatorship and the 1976 constitution established full legal equality. Since joining the EU in 1986, Portugal has modernized and women's rights have continued to improve through new laws and policies. However, the country still strives to achieve full gender equality.
Workshops Everybody Can Do It
Gender stereotypes are a set of beliefs about the characteristics of women and men. This workshop aims to identify and analyze gender stereotypes through a series of exercises. Participants first define terms like gender roles and discrimination. Exercises then explore stereotypes about how women and men act in different contexts. This allows participants to recognize stereotypes and their impact, such as by limiting personal development. The workshop aims to minimize stereotypes and promote gender equality.

2. A social assistant sees it as a crisis of confidence in institutions and overconsumption. They advise consuming less and locally.
3. A factory worker acknowledges an economic crisis but says it doesn't affect their work; they ignore the crisis by going to work daily.
4. A teacher's assistant says the crisis affects everyone and advises spending less on fun with family and choosing studies/career wisely.

This Dissertation explores the particular circumstances of Mirzapur, a region located in the

environment for investigating the changes in vegetation cover dynamics. Our study utilizes
advanced technologies such as GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and Remote sensing to
analyze the transformations that have taken place over the course of a decade.
The complex relationship between human activities and the environment has been the focus
of extensive research and worry. As the global community grapples with swift urbanization,
population expansion, and economic progress, the effects on natural ecosystems are becoming
more evident. A crucial element of this impact is the alteration of vegetation cover, which plays a
significant role in maintaining the ecological equilibrium of our planet.Land serves as the foundation for all human activities and provides the necessary materials for
these activities. As the most crucial natural resource, its utilization by humans results in different
'Land uses,' which are determined by both human activities and the physical characteristics of the
land.
The utilization of land is impacted by human needs and environmental factors. In countries
like India, rapid population growth and the emphasis on extensive resource exploitation can lead
to significant land degradation, adversely affecting the region's land cover.
Therefore, human intervention has significantly influenced land use patterns over many
centuries, evolving its structure over time and space. In the present era, these changes have
accelerated due to factors such as agriculture and urbanization. Information regarding land use and
cover is essential for various planning and management tasks related to the Earth's surface,
providing crucial environmental data for scientific, resource management, policy purposes, and
diverse human activities.
Accurate understanding of land use and cover is imperative for the development planning
of any area. Consequently, a wide range of professionals, including earth system scientists, land
and water managers, and urban planners, are interested in obtaining data on land use and cover
changes, conversion trends, and other related patterns. The spatial dimensions of land use and
cover support policymakers and scientists in making well-informed decisions, as alterations in
these patterns indicate shifts in economic and social conditions. Monitoring such changes with the
