Devine Noel is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Georgia State University expected to graduate in May 2017. He has a background in various programming languages and databases as well as experience working as a cashier, stocker, and forklift driver. Noel has also volunteered setting up for events at Savannah State University and Georgia State University Hack where he participated in a security hacking competition. In his spare time, he plays basketball and football.
