This document summarizes several development applications that were submitted for rezoning and development permits, including applications from Marinelli Investments/Hino to rezone and develop a preliminary site plan under the Northwest Langley Community Plan, an application from Gateway 200 Business Park Ltd. to develop under zoning bylaw 2500, and an application from Bell Mobility Inc./Ferguson to develop under zoning bylaw 2500. Site plans and renderings were submitted for each application.
