Lynn J Larson has over 29 years of experience in the mortgage industry, specializing in mortgage servicing. She has extensive knowledge of Wells Fargo's servicing processes and systems, as well as those of their primary vendor Black Knight Financial Services. Larson has held various roles at Wells Fargo over the past 23 years, most recently as a Business Initiative Consultant, where she provides subject matter expertise regarding mortgage servicing, IRS regulations, and risk management.
Melonie L Henderson has over 15 years of experience in compliance, risk management, and client relations roles across various industries including finance, healthcare, and telecommunications. She currently works as a State Compliance Analyst for Santander Consumer USA where she conducts regulatory examinations, develops risk assessment methodologies, and tracks relevant bills and regulations. Previously, she held similar compliance and risk analysis positions at Exeter Finance Corp, Hyundai Capital America, MultipLAN, and JPS Hospital. Henderson has a track record of reducing costs, audit findings, and chargebacks while consistently meeting or exceeding goals. Patrick Motta has over 20 years of experience in investment risk management at Franklin Templeton Investments. He has expertise in risk management, quantitative analysis, performance measurement, and portfolio optimization. As an investment risk manager, he is responsible for risk monitoring, reporting, and ensuring intended risks are understood to deliver superior risk-adjusted returns. He has experience managing over $100 billion in assets and has developed projects, tools, and reports to strengthen risk management infrastructure and processes.
Bharat Bhushan Bhama is a Certified SCRUM Master currently working as a Senior Software Consultant at DBS Bank Singapore. He has over 14 years of experience implementing Core Banking Systems projects for DBS Bank in Singapore, Taiwan, China, India, Indonesia, and Dubai. Currently, he is working on Digital Banking projects for DBS Bank, managing design discussions, product delivery, and wireframes for customer onboarding. We recently hosted the much-anticipated Community Skill Builders Workshop during our June online meeting. This event was a culmination of six months of listening to your feedback and crafting solutions to better support your PMI journey. Here’s a look back at what happened and the exciting developments that emerged from our collaborative efforts.

We were thrilled to see a diverse group of attendees, including local certified PMI trainers and both new and experienced members eager to contribute their perspectives. The workshop was structured into three dynamic discussion sessions, each led by our dedicated membership advocates.

We are excited to announce that weʼre taking resumes for Fall 2011 Internships. We feel confident that
being a part of Agency Entourageʼs internship program will give you the experience and knowledge you
are looking for through any Web Design or Web Development internship.
The Agency Entourage internship program consists of a number of exciting and engaging projects that
will be completed by you during the semester. Projects include building custom landing pages, working
with custom email HTML, working with various platforms such as WordPress, Twitter, etc., assisting our
Interactive Developers with their accounts, and finding someone to fill your shoes when the internship is
complete.
Your work schedule will be determined based on your school schedule and, if it is offered at your
university, may count for school credit. During the assigned working hours, you should devote your full
professional time, energy and attention to the performance of your duties for Agency Entourage.
We promise that participating in our Internship Program will launch you into work experiences and
networking opportunities that will lead to your future success.

Design Intern Skill Set:
Our design intern needs to have an eye for design and should have a portfolio available for review. He/
she should be proficient at Photoshop and needs to have an understanding of optimizing images for web,
including slicing. They should also have enough knowledge of the logic of web development to
understand how to slice and save images of a design to be ready for coding.
Web Developer Intern Skill Set:
Our developer intern will be working on development projects for the web, email, and Facebook
applications. He/she should should be proficient at HTML/CSS. Any knowledge of Javascript, and PHP is
a plus. Previous experience in email or Facebook development is not required but would be helpful.
