DesignStone`s founding director and system
expert, Clayton has over 25 years of
manufacturing, installing, specifying and selling
the DesignStone Wall System to the low-to-
medium density residential, commercial,
tourism & remote AEC sectors including
multiple award-winning projects built in
Australia`s most extreme weather regions.
Clayton lead the breakaway initiative
separating the DesignStone product line at the
D.A. Burke Builders Construction Company to
create an independent company. He has
developed many new product lines, patents &
manages the companies IP portfolio which
includes several patents & patents pending. He
regularly works with and is well respected
within the AEC industry & project developer
circles both in Australia, the U.S. & the
Caribbean.

DesignStone’s U.S. founder & representative
for 2+ years. A building materials veteran who
ran the Asian business out of Hong Kong and
the European business out of London for
Armstrong World Industries. Tom left
Armstrong to become President of High
Concrete, one of the top five precast concrete
manufacturers in North America.
While at High, he coordinated a project with
Oldcastle to create the Altus Group, an
independent company that developed and
marketed precast concrete reinforced with a
carbon fiber mesh. He also became Chairman
of PCI ( Precast Concrete Institute) during this
time. Tom is a graduate of Williams College
and received a MBA from Emory University.
CFO
DesignStone`s provider of CFO advisory
services, Rodney is responsible for supporting
the financial aspects of operation. This
includes including financial reporting,
forecasting, expense management, business
planning and financial controls to facilitate
growth. With nearly 25 years of experience in
Finance functions across multiple industries, he
is currently employed by Barclays where he has
been since 2007.
In his currently role, Rodney is n delivering the
MIS capabilities of the Risk, Finance, and
Treasury functions. Prior to that he has held a
variety of management roles across the
reporting, planning, and analysis functions for
companies including Mars Inc., Chase, and
KPMG.

Manager, Daniela has 15 years of successful
experience in managing construction &
remodeling of small commercial buildings,
residential & franchise projects in Brazil, as
DC.AD owner. Aiming for a rational use of

professionals alike.
Well known for being a knowledgeable &
passionate advocate for superior resilient
construction techniques, Dani collaborated to
educate & expand this idea for use within the
industry. Dani`s constant pursuit of innovative
construction solutions for buildings that have
low environmental impact, fluid architectural
capabilities & absolute durability, led her to
