 Mechanical loading and Disk Degenerative Diseases have positive

 Surgical treatment options: Motion preservation (TDR) and fusion
 Economical Back Pain Impact: In the UK, the National Health Service
(NHS) spends £512 million on hospital costs, £141 million on GP
