The service is funded solely through commissions and provides equal benefits to all members in the form of consistent pricing, discounts, and contract terms. Members commit to purchasing their raw material needs through De Eendragt, who selects globally competitive suppliers based on quality, commercial conditions, ethics, and member requirements.

1. How does it work
De Eendragt provides a buying service for it members:
• We buy for and on behalf of our member; members will order directly with selected
suppliers.
• Funding is from commission only. No fees will be taken from suppliers or agents.
Members will benefit from increased buying power
From past experience 3 – 5 % direct benefits are common
Further cost reductions come from savings in logistics and reduced working capital

2. How does it work
• The principled owner is Crown van Gelder a specialty & fine paper mill in Velsen Noord Holland.
• The only funding for ‘de Eendragt’ is from commissions.
• Members have equal benefits, where the same contracts apply the same price levels and
discounts will be applied. Final pricing is only determined by contract pricing and, logistics.
• The commissions will be aligned with the amount of resources required.
• Participants will carry over the management of the total purchases of the pulp or other raw
materials to de Eendragt.
• Members will benefit from the increased, buying power and the market expertise.
• The periods of commitments are the same as than those committed with suppliers.
• There is a global pool of suppliers that is selected only on:
• Quality standards.
• Commercial Conditions.
• Ethical standards.
• Participants requirements.
• De Eendragt would not take ownership of the pulp.
• De Eendragt will not act as an agent.
