A crime that takes place when a person purposely withholds or uses
assets and monies for a purpose other than for what it is intended

withdrawals from several banks. The drawing and with-
drawing of money starts using money that is not real,
taking advantage of the “float” which is the amount of

particular products from vendors that companies do
business with. These products are usually over priced as
the seller is also trying to make a profit.
