Product Concept
DBCE defines the tradable products which are
delivered by the providers. Depending on the
provider architecture some process or
configuration adjustments might be required.
Legal Terms
DBCE defines the contracting terms and SLAs.
A provider reviews under which terms he will be
contracting and how pay-as-you-go and fixed end
contracts work.
Connection
The DBCE Settlement Software connects provider to
the marketplace and handles the user calls coming
from the marketplace.
OpenStack Support
Currently we natively support OpenStack as the
underlaying cloud management system.
The Settlement Software is installed on top of the
provider‘s IaaS stack.
Translator
A translator needs to be built if other stacks should
be connected to DBCE. Our development team
supports the translator testing and development.
Self-Assessment Questionnaire
Providers need to fill in a self-assessment
questionnaire which focuses on provider processes
and operational professionality.
Payment
Providers need to be able to receive payments
through different payments methods such as credit
cards. If required, DBCE supports the payment setup.
Accreditation
The DBCE assessment was developed in cooperation
with the TÜV. Each filled questionnaire is reviewed
and challenged by TÜV experts. The review is
updated every year.
Rebates
Rebates can be configured based on volume or time
to reward customers with a high volume or long
time demand.
Adjust Prices
Providers can adjust prices any time and react on
real-time demand and usage patterns.
Future Prices
Once authorized, a provider can set prices and offer
resources on DBCE. Resource prices can be set for
future dates.
