strategies in conjunction with Trustees/Actuaries-Aon Hewitt.
Successful implementation of the switch of £ 47 million of investment
assets.
♦ Actioning as Jacuzzi UK Company Secretary, with Board and
Trustees, three reviews of UK pension provision for employees.
Excellent organisation of advice from first-class consulting actuary and
Pension lawyers. Drafting communications to workforce and
organising factory sites presentations by first rate Pension
consultancy firms.
♦ Joining Spring Ram Corporation PLC Company Secretary /Directors
team in 1995 to participate in actioning a programme of 20 asset
sales/purchases over the last 18 years. Sourced extensive due
diligence information and obtained verification statements from
Executive Directors. Interfaced with Merchant Bank, stockbrokers and
lawyers. Drafted Company Secretarial documentation, vetted the

♦ Managing successful timely disposal of 10 surplus manufacturing sites
over the last 17 years using property expertise interfacing with
Finance Director, property agents and lawyers.
♦ Participating with Company Secretary, Treasurer and Finance Director
of Ferranti in a high level team in London to have the banks maintain
facilities in a £ 400 million financial crisis. Key liaison with merchant
