VLC Photonics is a spin-off company from iTEAM-UPV that designs, prototypes, and manufactures application-specific photonic integrated circuits (ASPICs). It aims to be a leader in photonic integrated circuit design. It provides top-level optical designs, custom ASPIC designs, ASPIC prototypes, and replication for mass production. The company plans to grow from 2 to 10 employees in the next 3 years and will hire people with education in communications/electronics engineering or photonics PhDs and skills in English, problem solving, innovation, and computer-assisted design.
