founder and Managing Director, Ian C Roberts. He holds the internationally accredited
designation of Physical Security Professional (PSP) issued by ASIS International, the
leading organization for security professionals worldwide. This was prefaced by 16 years
of service in the Jamaica Defence Force (JDF), of which nine years were spent in the
Military Intelligence Unit. He was the Joint Intelligent Officer for the CARICOM Forces and
the U.S.A.’s Special Mountain Troops in Haiti in 1994, and also served in the invasion of
Grenada in 1986.
Roberts’ prowess in the field saw him return to the Intelligence Unit at the JDF as Training
Instructor for three years. He has held several roles in corporate Jamaica including Group

Security Company. Roberts also has technical skills in electronic and electrical
engineering.
