4. DSST SET-UP INSTRUCTIONS
1. Check examinees ID.
2. Log onto the test taker’s computer.
3. Open Internet Explorer.
4. Under Favorites, go to
https://ibt.prometric.com/dsst/lockdown/start.aspx
5. Click First-Time Registration.
6. Allow test taker to enter their information.
7. Give them our test center code (8521) and any other codes
requested for scores to be sent.
 You will be provided a reference list for school codes to access at
any time. It is not critical to memorize these.

5. DSST SET-UP INSTRUCTIONS
7. Click Continue
8. Click I Agree when shown the DSST Privacy Policy.
9. Click Take Test.
10. Click the first submit button (the one on the left).
11. Select the test.
12. Click Take the test.
13. Login using your assigned username and password
under Proctor Sign-in.
14. Test Taker will then be instructed to enter their credit
card information for payment and to begin the test.

6. AFTER DSST INSTRUCTIONS
 On the screen that displays the test
taker’s score, there are Print links to
print the score report.
If scores are not printed before logging
out, the test taker will have to log back
in using the username and password
they created, click Review Scores, then
print.
