Name: Experimental analysis of C.I engine powered by bio-diesel produced from
non-edible oil using microwave heating.
Objectives:As the fossil fuels seems to be get depleted in next few decades so, the
need for an alternate fuel is essential also waste oil produced need a properwaste
management which will reduced the land pollution , productionof bio-diesel from
this oil will result in production of less harmful gases when used in CI engine .
Description: As the waste oil produced nearly 60% is dumped on the ground
which causes soil pollution and of no use. This oil can be used to produce biodiesel
using microwave which is 3 times faster than conventional heating .This diesel can
be used directly in CI engine.
Mini project
Name:Automatic Paper cutter using Geneva mechanism.
Objective:An automatic paper cutter to cut equal length of paper which uses
Geneva wheel,sprockets,scissor,roller etc.
Description: paper from paper roll are into equal length by using Geneva wheel of
which one fourth rotation gives the required paper length which is needed to cut.
This process is simpler to operate and can be adopted in industry.
