Key Responsibilities :
Prepare monthly, yearly procurement plan as per project budget, Maintain procurement process and procedures as per
dsk/donor requirement. Prepared tender documents for bids submission, RFQ, RFP, goods specification, evaluation sheet,
purchase order with terms and conditions, Received goods with good condition and signed GRN, Ensure Vat & Tax deduction,
market survey before bulk purchase, issue Request for Quotation (RFQ), arrange meeting for open quotation and Justification,
collect all relevant papers for bill payment, to ensure the quality of purchasing goods/ materials. visit the Community Latrine and
Water Point installation spot and distribution location, attend FGD, CBO's meeting, monthly meeting, workshop and communicate
different manufacturer and suppliers.

areas.
ECHO-II: One Room Shelter-500, Repair Shelter-2156, Pond Sand Filter (PSF)-5, Single Pit Latrine-1216, DTW-14,
ECHO-III: Paddy fertilizer-1000, Vegetables seeds and fertilizers-2200 families, Calves-636, Ducks-46000, Power Tiller-50, Power
Pump-100, Widder-2200, Nets+Boats-146.
ECHO-IIV: Dry ration kit-9420 Pac, & Blanket-4710, Single Pit Latrine-255, Deep Tubewell-10, Shelter-445, Repair Shelter-402.
Total contribution from ECHO for this project is above BDT 30 cores.
