Main duties and responsibilities:
 help clients install the software and teach the employees how to use
them. Provide the clients with technical support .answer the clients'
questions and test a new product and prepare it for launch.
 Deal with all kinds of complaints from the customers.
 Arrange many daily, weekly and monthly reports about how the systems
work.
 Give training courses about the system and prepare presentations and
proposals sales contracts.
 Create an environment for the current customers and potential
customers as well.
