- Responsible to help resolve legal issues beyond the problems of
credit settlement either through litigation or non-litigation in order
to minimize and / or avoid losses and company reputation.
- Providing legal assistance in both the make / answer a subpoena,
lawsuit, make replik, closing argument, conclusion, appeal for
cassation, a counter appeal for the counter against the cassation
and judicial review and to report to the authorities, as well as
legal assistance in the form of assistance to the Board
Commissioners / Directors / Executive Officers / Employees in
terms of providing information / testimony to authorities.
