This document contains a 13 question survey about customer satisfaction with Tata Docomo mobile services. The survey asks about the respondent's personal details, their use of mobile phones, preferences between GSM and CDMA networks, and ratings of voice quality, network coverage, supplementary call features, data services, security, tariffs, customer service, availability of prepaid vouchers, and international roaming on GSM networks. Respondents are asked to rate each category as excellent, good, average, bad, or worst.
