Project: How to improve the User experience with digital solutions within the Parvi group.
Week 1 - Training on Design Thinking, Conducting pitch, primary and secondary research, visits to Toyota
dealerships. Construction of CSD matrix, persona matrix and customer wish line and problem encountered.
Planning the customer's purchase trajectory to understand the situation and analyze data.
Week 2 - Training on Design Thinking 2, ideation for the project, application of the Golden Circle, preparation
of the script for a second visit, interviews and visits to dealerships of Hyundai, Fiat and Wolkswagen,
structuring of a survey form for customers, analysis of quantitative data, benchmarking, presentation of
solutions and final sprint report.
Week 3: Training on Strategy Business and Lean Model, specific analysis of the form to validate the weekly

Week 4: Training on Riskiest Assumption Test in practice, application of the POC (proof of concept) method
as data validation. Start of low-fidelity prototyping, use-case studies and explanation of UI and UX.
Week 5: Use-case studies, prototyping in medium / high fidelity, user validations and tests, elevator pitch
training, construction of the final program report, participation in the Parvi 2020 group leaders event.
Week 6: Pitch and Final Delivery.
Extras: Exclusive lecture by Izabela Domingues (Consumix Branding, researcher at UFPE and professor at
UFPE) on the theme: the model of the ten types of innovation based on the book “Your client can pay more” -
Ian Brooks. Lecture on Business and Design in the 21st century with Aldreycka Albuquerque. Experience with
Argentine polyglots sharing studies and knowledge about Spanish, English, French and Portuguese.
