- PhD researcher at the Centre for Sociology at the University of Leuven since
September 2011. I helped organize the YES! Vlaanderen research among
students in 70 Flemish secondary schools and used these data to investigate
how teacher and school characteristics differentially shape schooling
trajectories of ethnic majority and minority children in Flanders.

- Able to work with large data sets and perform complex statistical procedures
(multilevel, SEM, multiple mediator models etc.) using mainly Stata and

understand Dutch, English, German and French;
- Wide knowledge in the social sciences, in particular on ethnicity and
