- #4 I just want my student must be competitive in all aspects, because I want my students they will just enjoy the learning process.
- #5 I will let my students to boost their confidence and I don’t want some of my students will left behind. Also I want them learn from their heart because the true knowledge is showing an affection while they are learning and they will apply it to their selves.
- #6 I just want my students must be knowledgeable and skillful because in this case they will demonstrate the hidden talent that they have. I will conduct more on activities than to become bookish I want them to experience the real situation.

SREW/NAILS- represent the skills and ability of the students. BIG STAR- represent the TEACHERS. Every teachers stunning their brightness how they shared their knowledge and ability to the students. Three star represent level of my students in preschool, elementary and high school. Being a students in this institution they will shine bright because the teachers planted knowledge, skills and ability to their heart and mind.
