Police fired tear gas at a crowd of Serb protestors in Belgrade, Serbia who attacked the U.S. Embassy on February 21, 2008. The crowd set fires, threw rocks, and broke windows at the embassy, resulting in one death and 32 to 107 injuries. The protestors were demonstrating against the U.S. acceptance of Kosovo's independence from Serbia on February 17, 2008.
