Construction Science & Investigation Group was founded by Adam Rohrbaugh and Chris
Lavache to perform construction litigation consulting services. We bring together an excep-
tional mix of quality, integrity, and low-cost services, complemented by a strong management
team determined to service our clients in an efficient manner. We are well positioned to pro-
vide consulting services for the following litigation types; construction defect, construction
contract and change order disputes, construction schedule delay claims, affirmative claims,
and construction related accident and injury claims. We are also available to provide pre-
litigation snapshot reporting, pre-construction plan review, quality assurance, architectural
repair drawings, and construction management services.
Litigation experience includes the following project types; custom and tract residential, mid/
high-rise condominiums, apartment buildings, commercial buildings, schools, subterranean
parking structures, restaurants, etc. Areas of expertise include the role of Expert Architect,
General Contractor, Construction Manager, and Construction Scheduler. These duties are
enhanced by significant knowledge and understanding of preparing computerized and com-
prehensive analysis of case information. Our focus on construction related issues will effi-
