MQT 系列转炉一次除尘煤气风机系我公司采用引进英国豪登-西洛哥公司风机专有技术，结合我
公司几十年的煤气鼓风机生产经验，并应用我公司引进美国北方工程研究公司（NREC）流体机械气
动设计技术软件，进行改进设计、制造的新一代转炉一次除尘煤气风机产品。该型风机采用了先进
的防磨损和防粘附技术，以及新型的密封技术和特殊的防腐处理等多项先进技术的运用，使该系列
风机具有耐磨损、防粘附、防腐蚀、高效率、低噪声、无泄漏、结构合理、性能稳定、运行平稳可
靠的特点，可在含尘浓度较大、磨损及腐蚀较严重以及输送有毒气体的条件下使用。
MQT 系列转炉一次除尘煤气风机输送的介质为转炉煤气，适用于钢铁行业 20 吨～300 吨转炉规
格的煤气回收系统。转炉一次除尘煤气风机工作温度约为 60℃。在转炉一次除尘煤气风机前，必须
加装除尘装置，使进入风机的转炉煤气中含尘量尽量减少，以保证风机的正常使用。
The new generation MQT Series of primary dust-removing coal gas fan for converter are successfully
designed and made combination design and manufacture know-how of high temperature fan from
Howden-Sircoco(UK) and fluid machinery areodynamic design software from NREC with decades of
manufacturing experience in coal gas fan . Fans feature durable, adhesive-proof, corrosive proof, high
efficiency, low noise, no leakage, compact, smooth and reliable operation for advanced technology such as
wear-resistance, adhesive proof, new seal technology, special corrosive-proof protection etc . it can be
suitable for the high dust load, serious wear and corrosive applications as well as toxic gas handling.
MQT Series of primary dust-removing coal gas fans are used for handling converter coal gas of 20---300
tons of the coal gas recovery system in the Iron& steel industry. The working temperature of primary
dust-removing coal gas fan is about 60℃. The dust-removing device should be mounted inlet of fan to
minimize the dust in the coal gas so as to ensure the reliability and smooth operation of fans.
1、该系列风机为单吸入双支撑结构，F 式传动型式。针对目前国内转炉常用的 20 吨、25 吨、30
吨、40 吨、50 吨、65 吨、80 吨、100 吨、120 吨、150 吨、180 吨、200 吨、250 吨、300 吨等规格，
根据以上转炉吨位特点，确定了转炉一次除尘煤气风机的标准型号。
This kind of fan is single-suction and double-support structure with F driving. Provide the standard model
according to the specification for the general converters from 20 tons, 25tons, 30 tons, 40tons, 50 tons, 65
tons, 80 tons, 100 tons, 120 tons, 150 tons, 180 tons, 200 tons, 250 tons to 300 tons etc.

2、风机可制成顺旋和逆旋两种型式：从电机一端正视，叶轮如按顺时针方向旋转，称顺旋风机，
以“顺”表示；叶轮如按逆时针方向旋转，称逆旋风机，以“逆”表示。
Rotation direction of fan has clockwise and counter-clockwise. It is indicated as clockwise fan if impeller runs
in clockwise direction viewed from the motor end. On the contrarily, it is indicated as counter-clockwise fan.
3、风机的进、出口位置，以风机进气室角度和机壳的出口角度表示，分“顺” 旋和 “逆” 旋。
可制成以下几种基本角度：进 135°/出 45°、进 90°/出 45°、进 135°/出 90°、进 135°/出 0°、
进 90°/出 180°等。如用户要求，我们也可设计非标角度。
Outlet angle of fan casing stands for the outlet angle of fan. The angles of fan are available at
135°(inlet)/45°(outlet), 90°(inlet) /45°(outlet),135°(inlet)/90°(outlet), 135°(inlet)/ 0°(outlet) , 90°(inlet)/

风机主要由叶轮、机壳、进风口、密封装置、电机、传动部分、调速装置、润滑装置、电控柜
等组成。
Fan is made up of impeller, fan casing, inlet suction, seal, motor, driving system, speed-control device,
lubrication oil device or system, electric control cabinet etc.
1、 叶轮：
叶轮采用高效的后向叶片焊接而成，在叶片上工作面及非工作面经过我公司专用技术特殊处理，
有效的解决了风机叶轮的磨损、粘附及腐蚀。叶轮用高强度合金钢制作，材料本身及叶轮各焊缝均经
过严格的无损探伤， 并且经过消除内应力热处理及动平衡校正，为安全运行提供了可靠保证。
Impeller:
Back-curved blades of impeller are welded. The working surface and non-working surface of the impeller
blades are processed by the special technology to resolve the problem about the wear, adhesion and
corrosion of impeller effectively. Impeller is made of the alloy steel with high stiffness. The raw material
of impeller and impeller welding seams should be done the non-detective tests and impeller also should be
done the dynamic balance test so as to ensure the reliable and smooth operation.
2、 机壳：
机壳采用高强度低合金结构钢焊接而成。为了增加机壳的刚性，在机壳和进气箱的外表面焊有
适当的“井”字形加强筋组，消除了由于机壳刚性不足而引起的振动。为了便于作常规检查和清除
叶轮粉尘粘附，在机壳和进气箱上设有密封性能良好的检修门、清灰门。另外我们还增加了风机在
低速状态下的冲水装置，可有效的降低叶轮的粘附。为了便于起吊和安装转子，机壳设计成剖分结
构，为保证剖分面不泄漏，机壳作了防变形处理和严格的气密性试验。
Fan casing
Fan casings made of low alloy steel structure are welded together . In order to remove the vibration arising
from lack of enough stiffness of fan casing, the reinforced ribs shaped "well" are welded outside the fan
casings and inlet box to enhance fan casing rigidness. An inspection door and dust-removing door are on
the fan casing and inlet box to carry out the routine check and clean up the contamination on the impeller
and fan casing. In addition, in order to reduce the adhesion of the impeller, flush water device at the low
speed are added. The designed split fan casing is easy to lift out rotor from upper half fan casing and
remount the rotor. The strict airtight test and deformation-proof protection should be conducted to avoid
the leakage between split joint.

3、 进风口：
收敛式流线的进风口制成整体结构，用螺栓固定在风机入口侧。

4、 密封装置：
在风机的主轴与机壳两侧板之间装有国外进口的氮气加压密封。密封内的惰性气体压力高于机
壳内的煤气压力，能有效的阻止机壳内煤气向外泄露，具有很高的密封可靠性，满足风机在各种使
用状态下的密封要求。
Seal device:
The imported nitrogen gas pressure seal is mounted between main shaft and side plates of the fan casing.
Inert gases pressure inside the seal is higher than coal gas pressure inside the fan casing. It can stop the
coal gas inside the fan casing from leaking outside. This seal features high reliability and meet the seal
requirement in the different operation conditions.
5、 电机：
采用 dⅡBT4 隔爆等级的高压电机。

6、 传动部分：
风机主轴采用优质钢材制造而成。主轴按最高温度、最大转矩条件下进行设计，工作转速远小
于临界转速，保证主轴具有足够的刚度及可靠性。
滑动轴承箱采用引进技术，采取“高位油箱──循环油强制润滑”复合润滑方式，循环润滑油
靠稀油站提供。如果遇到意外停电事故或油站短时故障，油站不能提供润滑油时，高位油箱可在短
时内向轴承提供一定量的油，而不至于使轴承受到损坏，为轴承的可靠运转提供了保障。
Driving System:
Fan main shaft is made of high quality steel. It can ensure main shaft has enough hardness and reliability
according to designed temperature, working speed far lower than the critical speed.
The lubrication method of imported slide bearing box is "high level oil box -- recycling oil forced
lubrication". If the supply power failures or oil station malfunction, oil station cannot supply the
lubrication oil, high level oil box will supply the oil for the bearing and avoid the damage of the bearing.
High level oil box can provide reliable operation for the bearing.
7、 调速装置：
可根据用户的不同需要，选配以下调速装置：
（1）液力偶合器：液力偶合器主要用来进行风机的无级调速。
（2）变频调速：通过变频调速的方式实现风机的无级调速。

The following speed-control devices can be chosen by the clients according to different requirements:
(1) Hydraulic Coupling: mainly used for the stepless speed regulation.
(2) Frequency conversion speed-control: used for the stepless speed regulation.
8、 电控柜：
电控柜可实现机组的显示、监控、调节、连锁、报警及远距离传送信号，操作方便，自动化程
度高。它是包括风机、电机、液力偶合器、稀油润滑站等所有外配套的全部控制功能在内的集中控
制柜。
Electric control cabinet:
serve the function of display, measure, regulation, interlocking, warning, sending the signal remote, easy to
operate and automatation. All functions of fan accessories such as fan-body, motor, hydraulic coupling, oil
station etc. can be controlled by this control cabinet.
