BSNL had discussed with M/s. Sai Care Info Systems Pvt Ltd., so many times regarding the
LAN Connectivity.. And also BSNL had a meeting with Director IT , Deputy Registrar of M/s. Calicut
University on 14/6/2012 along with the Assistant Manager Projects and Network Engineer of M/s. SIS.
In that meeting it was told by Deputy registrar and Director that University is not at all happy with
BSNL, because BSNL is not in a position to get work done from M/s.SIS , the system Integrator. They
had given pressure to the maximum for returning the amount that they have paid towards the LAN
Charges. with peneal interest of 18 %. For that they want to take AGM EB Malappuram to VCs
Chamber and they want a date on which the amount will be returned to them..
One signed agreement given by the Assistant Manager Projects stating the if any failure in the
scheduled tasks ,action can be taken against M/s.SIS. But no proper details had given by them in their
schedule, given to BSNL on 19/6/2012., except the date of arrival of stores that too stores will be
coming only on 9th July 2012.
Further University had cancelled the Purchase order given to M/s. SIS for the additional port and
wiring worth of around Rs.12,00,000/- . They had given to order to a private authority. This happened
because of the very very slow process showned by M/s.SIS towards the LAN work even after the issue
of so many reminders.
Herewith please find the deatils of the correspondances, in the Annexure , had with M/s. SIS from
Malappuaram since the issue of Purchase order for the LAN work.

the Image of BSNL in front of M/s. Calicut University
